Where are you located, and how do I pick up or receive my puppy?

We’re located near Greensboro, NC—just minutes from Raleigh and Charlotte. We're within a 4-hour drive of many regional states. We offer free local delivery or meet-ups within an hour, plus ground transport ($0.65/mile), flight nanny service, and United PetSafe for nationwide and Canada delivery.

What makes your puppies come with such peace of mind?

Every puppy arrives with a 2-year health and temperament guarantee, lifetime breeder support, microchip, vaccinations, medical record, starter kit (food samples, toys, blanket with mom’s scent), and a vet exam with a fecal check.

How does your buying process work?

Accepted Answer

When a puppy is listed (usually at 3–6 weeks old), you can place a deposit via website or reach out via our Contact form. It's first-come, first-served. After your deposit, you'll receive confirmation, updates, Zoom meeting options, and a New Puppy Checklist with what you’ll need before pick-up.

Are deposits refundable?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. If plans change, you can move your deposit to another litter.

What breeds do you offer, and are your adults health-tested?

Accepted Answer

We raise Goldendoodles, Aussiedoodles, Poodles, Pooghans, and Pomapoos and now Dobermand and Doberdoodles. All adult dogs are genetically health-tested, and all puppies receive vet checks before going home.

What guarantees are covered in your health policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 2-year genetic health guarantee. If a congenital defect is diagnosed within that period, we’ll replace your puppy with one from a similar litter. No refunds.

We offer free local delivery, ground transport, flight nanny service, or United PetSafe airline shipping. Availability may vary—reach out for the best option.
